- i was waiting on line for a good 15 mins
- lady messed up my order: "i want 2 creams to 2 sugar" "theres no sugar in it" "i know i want it in there" WTF
- rushing to catch my bus so i didnt check if it was right; i was expecting it to be like...
- gave me coffee instead of tea
- BLAH
