Easter FOTD

Easter Sundays have never really been big in my family. We actually haven't celebrated it for a while but today they actually came over for lunch. And of course, we had filipino style pot-luck (plus lasagna, random I know right?). The strawberry shortcake from this bakery called Lazar was mouth watering though. Yummm. Anyway, this is my FOTD. I hope you guys had an awesome Easter. :)

PS. Today is the first time I'm using all of the tarte products used. So far I love them!

I love this combo! Kim K's fave lip combination as everyone probably already knows.

This lasted pretty much all day, with no creasing!

1. Prime your eyes.
2. I didn't use any brushes for this (only because I was too lazy to use a brush I recently cleaned.) so just my clean fingers. :) You obviously can if you want to, probably a lot easier lol.
3. Start with MILDEW all over the lid. Blend away the harsh edges.
   
4. Dab a bit of PAINKILLER on your outer corner to above where your pupils are. Blend blend blend!
5. Apply FLASH on your lower lash line and upper lash line.
6. Use SNATCH to highlight your brow bone and tear ducts.
7. Apply SMOG above PAINKILLER just to give it some depth and shadow.
8. Line your eyes with whatever eyeliner you choose.

TIP: For lips, I would go nude because the colours are colourful enough. You can always be brave and pair it with a purple toned lipstick, but not too bright because that would take away attention from your eyes. Try to always have one point of attention and not the whole face because that's just too much, kinda makes you look clownish. :P

Don't y'all love the holidays? December's my favourite and least favourite month of the year. I love it because it's my birthday month and I get twice the presents (usually) because of Christmas/New Year. But it is also the dreadful exam week(s). Too bad it went by fasssssssssssst but I'm not really complaining... Anyway here are some stuff I got that are worth blogging. Everything was a present except the 3 lippies. ♥ Enjoy the swatches and ignore the dryness of my lips (duhh it's winter here in Canada!!) and my blurring photograph skills. And LOL @ some having cotton residue due to the constant wiping of tissue to swatch. :) Oh and they're all clickable and are HUGE images when you do.

Revlon 002 Pink Pout
Sort of a MAC Snob dupe. I took a picture of half Snob and the other half Pink Pout but I think I ended up deleting it because I thought I took the same picture twice shoot... xD My bad. I also ended up forgetting to take a picture of the Pink Pout itself haha..

This colour caught my eye while waiting for Mike to finish work... This is just one swipe and it is VERY buildable for those who want really purple lips?
