Midterms dunzooo!

I had two this week and they are finally done. That means stressing out on other projects coming up. This blog is becoming neglected, and it's not you it's me, I swear. Haha. I've just been so lazy and unmotivated and I got nothing to blog about anyway. And I hate York for having reading week this week... I wish we had it too. It would totally be helpful! I've been going to the library more often and I love the freeness of it lol. Currently having a marathon of Buffy 7th season. I'm so behind in Glee too... But my fridays have been fun. :) I love you cool kids + vivien + jaesel + graham + mike esp for giving me something to do for these past fridays. Now what is there to do this Friday... help! Also keep in mind that I am broke. :D

I am grateful for a lot of things in life, and although my family never really celebrates Thanksgiving, I`m still gonna use this day to give thanks to everyone, you all know who you are, and to everything. Thank you thank yout thank you. <3

Life really does like to throw really crappy obstacles eh? Most ofthe times, we don't even deserve it. Why push away the only people that care and keep the ones that don't? Why blame everything on other people but yourself? Stop and contemplate at what you've done. It's too late now because you've already done the deed and said those words. What do you have left?

NTS: sleep earlier

Next week, I have two things due and a midterm. You know what, I can't even remember haha. Currently got addicted to cafe mocha. Badddd. Also I had chicken and salted fish fried rice with dumplings from Tremendous for brunch, then my CPU bbt from BR then some macaroons and egg tarts from Akasha (? no clue if that's what it's called) Bakery. Mike totally spoils me with food on Thursdays. :)

Wednesdays

Wednesday is my current least favourite day of the week just because it is my longest day. Well if you put all hours together. I'm actually in class at Sheridan til 9 on Thursdays. Anyway, I have a class 10-12 (no breaks in between), 12-1, 1-3 (10 min. break), 4-5. So you can imagine how exhausted I really am at the moment. I am also having issues with my skin and so that explains why I haven't been doing much makeup related posts. Anyway, Im actually still in class and we're doing Meet and Greet haha. I personally dislike it because it's childish but whatever.

School update

• I may have to drop a course
• I signed up for a course without looking at prereqs so now I have to talk to the director to get them to waive it for me *Cross fingers*
• Advanced web design.... they really do mean ADVANCED (no duh lol)
• I haven't brought my laptop at all... I really need a new one and I kinda want a MAC but I really am broke...

Whoops my bad!

K so I thought that my class at Sheridan today was from 1-3, like most of my other Sheridan courses. So I double checked what room it was on my schedule. I entered that room and it was a course I took last year so I left cuz I was like wtf did they change the rooms last minute? I walked around a bit to see if maybe I can figure it out and I texted some of my friends that I know that are taking it. And she said that it was at that right room number.

Guess what? My class is at 3-5. FAIIIIIIIIIIIIL! :)

First day of school

I was at sheridan today. I had trouble finding my class because it was in E bldg and most of my courses before were always in J bldg. Anyway, I had class 1-4 and another at 3-5 and tutorial for my 2nd class at 7-8. There are no tutorials first week. But as you can probably already tell, those two classes are conflicting each other. So I'm planning to drop that second course because I have no way of being in two classes at once... And I really like my first class because it's Advanced Web Design.

So class ended at 4 and since Mike and I are broke, we didn't want to pay $3 each for Oakville transit so we walked 5 stoplights from Sheridan to the 101 bus stop. That took about a half hour and we chilled around that area in Walmart, Superstore, and Bulk Barn. Ooh while I was at Superstore, I saw cosmetics from Joe. Anyone use their stuff before and if so how are they? They were pretty cheap actually... Please let me know, if not I'll just dive into it and find out for myself and let you all know. :)

I really don't want to be home these past couple of days because of really bad family reasons. I don't want to say here because it is really personal... Anyway, so Mike and I ended up going to Central library because it was free. And I actually did some of my reading and found some great CD's to add to my iTunes/iPod. My nails are kind of wet still so I have to stop typing because my hand's starting to hurt from typing so carefully lol. How was your first day of school? (If today was your first day of school...)

School starts in 2 days...

I've always really loved school ever since my first day of school. My parents keep telling me the story of how I disappeared from my house on my first day of school. I was in the afternoon nursery class and I apparently rode the school bus with my older brother who had class in the morning. How they didn't notice me getting ready and leaving is beyond me. But I like this story because I know I would do that. However, ever since university started, I dread school more and more. Maybe it's because I've become so introvert. I feel that it's hard to make friends with other people in school and become really close with them because they already have friends like that. I dunno... maybe it's just me? Anyway, I got bored and as usual I can't fall asleep. I finally finished Hi My Sweetheart (Taiwanese show) and had nothing to watch because I'm already up to date with Jersey Shore. So I checked online to see if my courses are finally listed on my portal and hey CCT210 was. It's a course for Semiotics and the professor already put up the syllabus and it's 8 pages long. I've seen 5 but seriously... EIGHT whopping pages which mostly talks about the university's policy on plagiarism blah blah blah. Also, I have a reading that I have to finish before I go into my class on Wednesday. She also put up EXTRA optional readings... as if I had enough time to even do my REQUIRED readings haha. Ok I'm done ranting. I haven't updated much again because I feel like I have nothing interesting to say. xD

Ooh before I forget, I recommed Katy Perry's new album Teenage Dream. Not only is it cotton candy scented, but also has very good songs. My faves: TGIF, Firework, The One that Got Away, Pearl, Not like the movies, Teenage Dream. And I'm sorry to admit that Bieber fever have converted me completely. His songs are LOVE. :)

APOLOGIES

I've honestly been so lazy to blog. Does it make sense that I blog more during school when I have less time to do other things? I blame procrastination. Also I worked 6 days last week. So I got a new sales lead and don't worry I'm still broke. Summer's almost done but this summer has been the liveliest I've ever had. Thanks to the people who made it that way, y'all know who you are. :)

Lucky

Consider yourself lucky when you have a guy who’s willing to watch those cheesy chick flicks with you. Who would tell you that you look pretty even when your hair was a mess. Who would gladly share his hoodie just so you won’t feel cold under the brush of rain. Who would miss you for every second that you weren’t together. Who would call you the weirdest endearments with the sweetest smile on his lips. Who calls you his “wife” even when you’re not around. Who would endlessly tease you about your imperfections and yet gladly succumb to telling you how much you still look so beautiful with them.

Consider yourself lucky when you have a guy who would run after you everytime you walk away. Who would ditch class just to listen to you rant about a bad day gone worse. Who remembers the favorite movie that you mentioned four years back. Who thinks you look cute with his shirt on. Who casually rubs your back and hugs you when you’re scared. Who smiles when you cry over a sad song. Who would let you watch your favorite tv series that he religiously hates. Who doesn’t think you sound stupid whenever you wish on a fallen eyelash. Who thinks the hottest thing about you is your ability to outdo him in eating. Who competes with you in silly contests such as pick-up lines and pizza eating. Who would count stars with you.

Consider yourself lucky when you’re the most impatient, impulsive, violent and dysfunctional girlfriend to grace the universe yet he still wants to be with you.

And you know what? I consider myself one very, VERY lucky girl.

I got back yesterday btw from my vacation with my family. I am still exhausted and very lazy to upload pictures. I will though eventually... It's family day tomorrow at Wonderland for my mom's work. I'm glad Mike's coming. :) Imma make him ride all of the rides with me yayyyy :D

Update: Hair, Vacation Week, and New phone!

I decided to try colouring my hair more with the same colour I last used (L'Oreal Excellence Creme in Light Brown). I still don't 100% like it because it looks like the colour is mostly on top. Blahh oh well here is a before and after picture:

You see the difference? It isn't very apparent but the colour is definitely more distributed now. Before it looked more like I had highlights. But you can see that the bottom still looks like it hasn't coloured at all, though it has and it's only noticeable if I put it against light.

I might also not blog a lot (like I really have been anyway, sorry guys!) next week because I'm leaving for the US on Friday.

And guess who got the Blackberry Bold 9700? Mirabelle pretty much talked me into getting a BB than an iPhone. I love it! It is definitely a LOT better than my old LG dare. Geez that thing would only last a minute in a phone call, or create 5 text messages.

Niagara, Bluenotes Haul, and Delicia's Birthday

As I've mentioned in my previous post, me and my family were planning to go to Niagara because it's my parents' wedding anniversary. We did end up going (we left pretty late acutally around 1ish). But we couldn't go to the buffet because it was IN the casino, which my brother and sister were not able to enter because they are not yet 19, obviously. So we ate at Shoeless Joe's instead. Here are just some pictures. There were a lot more taken but I managed to keep it at a minimum.

Today (Monday), I went with Mike to UTM to fix up my tuition deferral problem and ended up going to a plaza nearby called Sheridan Centre. We actually saw (well I heard only) an accident from the other side of the road. Anyway, we went to Bluenotes Outlet Store which is usually the only reasn why we go to that plaza. And boy, they had some sales! My bill came up to $76.02CAD (that's with 13% HST tax!). There were a total of 15 items.

At night, I went to West 50 with Alyssa and Nerissa (who came by to my house so Nerissa can paint her nails) for Delicia's birthday. There was a lack of camera there and I managed to be in one of the pictures fromher bf's camera.

Sleepless Night Rant

I haven't had one of these in a while. I guess I've been overwhelmed at work and I always come home exhausted. I really hate working so hard and getting minimum wage for it. I know there are lots of people in the world who gets paid less than me, wayyyyy less actually. Why is it that the people who do the least work end up being the richest? It is ridiculously unfair and thinking about it really ticks me off. Is there really anything I can do about it? Probably not. Life is life, you take what is given to you and you could either try to see the better side of it or drown in the not so better side. I'm getting too morbid so I shall talk about something else.

It's also my parents' wedding anniversary today. I am such a bad daughter for forgetting. But it kinda made me think of my wedding. Apparently, Belle "called dibs" at being my maid of honour. Haha. I'm honestly such a hopeless romantic. I love weddings actually but I haven't been to one in years! Someone get married soon and I'll help you with planning. I love planning parties minus the stress and the cost lol.

So I might go to Niagara today, that's if we all wake up on time. Either that spinning restaurant or Fallsview Casino Buffet? As long as the food is good, I'll be just fine.

For those wondering why my tuition is at 13000. It is because I am getting backcharged. I only got into the majors that I want (CCIT and Prof. writing) but it just so happens that CCIT programs have a higher tuition fee than other programs in my University. Anyway, since I am basically just entering into the program, I am being charged for last year which I was not (because my GPA sucked!) Some people probably thought of just changing their major during their last year so they would pay less, but guess what? There is no way around the system because they will charge you for the previous years as well. I have sworn enough in person about it (ask Mike) so I shall not do any here. But I am very irritated and pissed off about it. It is causing me to break out too! I kinda wish I went to college intead.... I truly do.

Anyway, I've been so lazy that I have neglected this blog a bit. I'm sorry. I shall try to be less lazy (yeah okay). Starting off with charging my camera . :) It's a start.

Please do blog more. I get so bored because you guys don't give me anything to read. >.< MAKE THEM LONG (teehee) ♥♥.

President's Choice Bubble Gum Candy Ice Cream

This is definitely my current favourite of ice cream flavour. It's sooo cheap. However, one little thing I could do without is the teeny bits of bubble gum in it. It's not even gum, but more like a wax candy. It's okay but gets really annoying after the 3rd piece.

Mississauga Ribfest 2010

For all those who know me, you know that I am a big carnivore. Steak is my favourite food ever. I would definitely eat it everyday if I could! LOL. But Ribfest sounds good to me also. I slobbered a ton of rib sauce on mine. I went Friday and Sunday. I got another free cowboy hat (another meaning I got one last year).

This was from Friday when we went after my work with Mirabelle. We weren't THAT hungry so me and Mike shared one full pork rack with some fries, then a monster-funnel-cake. I think they really do overprice all these but I still think it's worth it. I love how it reminded me of a carnival and I wish we had it here everyday. On Sunday, we went pretty early before we both had work. We actually bought one full pork rack each with some New York Fries. We only finished half and took the rest home. Now I really wish I bought a bottle of their steak sauce. Oh also, the one me and Mike always go to is called Blazin BBQ or something like that. (Y)
